More than ever, we live in a visual age. People spend a great deal of time watching moving images on TV, DVD, iPad, iphone, iPlayer, video games and all the other platforms now available to us. Is it any wonder then that Google bought YouTube? They understood that here was a resource likely to be more heavily searched than their own mega engine.
If you’ve woken up to the astonishing power of social media as THE tool for connecting to the world then you must be aware that, if you’re not avidly using video and using it in the most skilful way possible, then you are greatly weakening your success with social media. |
